Peggy Mangot

Chairperson

Peggy Mangot is Head of Fintech Partnerships, Commercial Banking, for JPMorgan Chase. Her team leads fintech partnership strategy and execution for the commercial bank. Previously Peggy was the Operating Partner for PayPal Ventures, a global strategic VC investing in fintech, commerce, infrastructure and crypto. Peggy brings a unique perspective with broad experience across traditional financial institutions, the Fintech startup ecosystem & large technology companies. Prior to PayPal Ventures, Peggy was GM/SVP, Innovation at Wells Fargo where she led the development and launch of the bank’s challenger bank and its enterprise identity management platform. Formerly, Peggy was founder & CEO of SparkGift, a Y Combinator backed micro-investing platform. Prior to SparkGift, Peggy led a partnerships team for Google, focused on launching new payment & commerce products. During her career, Peggy also held senior roles at Visa, Allianz, Accenture, PwC and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Peggy earned her B.S. in Finance from Indiana University and her J.D. from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Brian Brinkley

Chief Executive Officer and Board Member

Brian has over 30 years of experience in enterprise and start-up environments. He is a leader in omnichannel commerce and digital payments technology. Brian co-founded Zave Networks which was acquired by Google in 2011 and became a key component of Google Wallet. Brian has held executive roles at Sprint PCS and Lucent Technologies. Brian joined QRails as CTO in 2019 and was asked to lead QRails’ growth strategy as CEO in 2021. Brian was recognized for his innovation and leadership, being named in the Top 50 Financial Technology CEOs of 2021.

Dan Revers

Board Member

Dan Revers is the founder of ArcLight and has over three decades of energy finance and private equity experience. Dan is responsible for overall investment, asset management, strategic planning, and operations of ArcLight and its funds. Prior to forming ArcLight in 2000, Dan was a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance Group at John Hancock Financial Services, where he was responsible for the origination, execution, and management of a $6 billion portfolio consisting of debt, equity, and mezzanine investments in the energy industry. Prior to joining John Hancock in 1995, Dan Revers held various financial positions at Wheelabrator Technologies, where he specialized in the development, acquisition, and financing of domestic and international power and energy projects. Dan Revers earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lafayette College and a Master of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.

Angus Walker

Board Member

Angus is a founding member and senior analyst of the investment team at EFM Asset Management, an alternatives global growth equities manager based in Hong Kong. EFM is a specialist investor in the technology and financial services industry where it takes high conviction positions in public and private companies backed by deep fundamental research. Prior to EFM, Angus’s roles include working in the Group Strategy team at Commonwealth Bank where he focused on the digital banking and payments landscape throughout Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Will Weisman

Board Member

Will Weisman is the founder and Managing Director of KittyHawk Ventures, an early-stage frontier technology venture capital firm with investments in longevity, computing, AI/ML, networking, life sciences, MedTech, aerospace, advanced materials, fintech, and more. Previously Will spent seven years as Executive Director at Singularity University, a think tank / educator focused on leveraging accelerating technologies to solve the world’s biggest problems.  Will helped build Singularity into a global benefit corporation with over 170 chapters in 159 countries, and 300k community members.  Besides KittyHawk, Will currently serves as a Senior Advisor to XPRIZE & Singularity University founder, Peter Diamandis. Among Will's most unusual accomplishments is that he created and popularized the wrap, yes, the burrito like thing, at a 30-unit restaurant chain he founded and sold called World Wrapps. Will has an MBA from Stanford and a BA from the University of California at Santa Barbara.  He regularly speaks on exponential technology trends as well as venture investing and entrepreneurship.  Will is an avid kiteboarder and ocean swimmer and resides in Santa Monica, CA.
